Through dynamic, mindful movement we build warmth in the body, explore strength and mobility, and create space for more ease and flow — more space to breathe.
The class includes elements from yoga, Qi Gong, breathwork and mindfulness, inviting a sense of connection, presence and a steady rhythm through movement.
At the same time, there is room for free and intuitive movement — reconnecting with your body and what is present.
A practice to ground, soften and reconnect – both physically and mentally.
